I am currently marketing 4 serviced plots on one site which we own. I have been asked if we would give a discount if a group bid for all 4 plots. We are selling the plots through the informal tender process and taking the highest bid for each (once weightings for local connections have been taken into account). Under our requirement to achieve Best Value can anyone think of any reason to give a weighting to a group that are not providing additional social value through co-housing or affordable housing? Are there any benefits to selling to a group?
