I am preparing a briefing for our new administration to explain why we should continue to make self and custom build a priority. Does anyone have any facts and figures I can quote showing the benefits? I’ve done lots of wordy bits and have plenty of political and legislative drivers but am struggling to find anything on the internet backed up by hard facts relating to the social, economic and environmental benefits to the council. If there is anything on the toolkit I can’t find it and everything on a google search is benefits from the self builder’s perspective.
