Covenants for shared private road

    Our pilot for serviced plots was started before we found out the ones for ‘Right to Build’ had to be connected to adopted highway so they have a shared road that will not be adopted. Has anyone else had this situation? If so, how did you ensure the buyers of the plots would work together to keep the road maintained?
